ar99999 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect You and Keep the Platform Fair

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ar99999, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
• Not be a resident of any country or jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order either imposed by you through the ar99999 platform or by any other applicable gaming authority.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of ar99999 or any of its affiliates, partners, or game providers in a role that would create a conflict of interest.

ar99999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or void bets placed by any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria. If it is discovered that a user provided false information to circumvent eligibility requirements, ar99999 may immediately close the account and confiscate any funds therein after deducting the original deposited amount (which will be returned via the original payment method).

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on ar99999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process. ar99999 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and contact you about your account.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

ar99999 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account showing your name).

Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. ar99999 will never ask for your bank account passwords or payment app PINs.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. ar99999 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your own failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on ar99999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage — you deposit in PKR, your account balance is displayed in PKR, and withdrawals are paid out in PKR to your nominated payment method.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

ar99999 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay — instant deposit
• SadaPay — instant deposit

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though payment method providers may impose their own daily transfer limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300. Maximum withdrawal limits are detailed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may vary by account verification status.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

ar99999 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes in the vast majority of cases. IBFT withdrawals typically complete within the same business day. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. ar99999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before releasing funds.

4.5 No Third-Party Transactions

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ar99999 does not accept third-party deposits. If funds are received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, those funds may be held pending investigation and returned to the source account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

ar99999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is made. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be staked before a withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Using bonus funds on certain game categories (e.g., live casino vs. slots) may contribute differently towards the wagering total; this will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ar99999 operate according to their published rules. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing bets. The following general gameplay terms apply across the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system or live dealer table.
• Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error during a game round, ar99999 will review the game log and either void the round and return stakes, or — where the round can be determined fairly — settle the round on the recorded outcome. ar99999's decision in these circumstances is final.
• Live dealer games. Live dealer games are governed by the physical actions of the dealer and the real-time game outcome. In the unlikely event of a dealer error (mis-deal, incorrect payout), the round will be reviewed and corrected. ar99999 live dealer results are recorded and can be audited.
• Game availability. ar99999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game at any time for maintenance, technical reasons, or licensing requirements, without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bets vary by game and table. These limits are displayed on each game or table before you place a bet.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your ar99999 account. To protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or app.
• Do not share your password, PIN, or OTP codes with anyone — including people claiming to be ar99999 staff. ar99999 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact ar99999 support immediately at support@ar99999.ws if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ar99999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect your data in transit. Payment information is handled through secure, tokenised payment processors. ar99999 does not store full card numbers on its servers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ar99999 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or when making any claim.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Verification

ar99999 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. We use automated systems and manual verification to confirm the age of players. If there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended until age has been confirmed with documentary evidence.

9.2 Player Tools

The following tools are available to all ar99999 players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much can be deposited into your account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification that alerts you after a specified amount of time playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or play.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by ar99999

ar99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms.
• The account is being used for illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud or money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• The account holder has opened multiple accounts.
• Exceptional circumstances require account suspension for the protection of the player or the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ar99999 will communicate with the account holder via the registered email or mobile number. Investigations are typically completed within 5–10 business days. During this time, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be unavailable.

10.2 Closure of Account by Player

You may close your ar99999 account at any time by contacting support@ar99999.ws. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or open investigations.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ar99999 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before any inactivity action is taken. Dormant account charges may apply after 12 months of inactivity; details are available on request from customer support.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ar99999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

ar99999 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party payment processors and identity verification providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal requirements. All data transfers are protected by appropriate security measures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar99999 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, technical failures, or delays outside of ar99999's direct control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or financial losses beyond the actual funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers integrated into the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to follow the security guidelines set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits ar99999's liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or any other circumstances where limitation of liability is not permitted by law. ar99999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

ar99999 may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ar99999 will notify registered players via the email or mobile number on their account. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after any change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you should stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 10.
